Innospaces has various designs for developing Leadership in Organization. It ranges from young leaders to senior leaders. The key emphases are on self-awareness (employing psychometrics and executive coaching) and knowledge (employing interactive seminars and games).
A group of High Potentials from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Phillippines attended a 4-day intensive Leadership Foundation Program to enhance their advanced Leadership and Management knowledge and skills ranging from Self-Awareness, Interpersoanl Awareness and Communications, Developing Self and Others, and Executive Coaching. With positive attitudes and the willingness to learn and share, the Program was highly successful!
Some 15 leaders congragated in Singapore for their 3 days Strategic Planning. of the 3 days, they dedicated 1 day for the Team Leadership Development.
The workshop focused on Self Awareness and Team Regulation and Management in order to elavate their relationships to a higher level of Team Synergy.
Each of the Leader also went through a 1.5 hr follow-up coaching on their respective Leadership Styles based on their Leadership Profiles.
It was a top level program with the various heads of the National University Hospital System present to chart out their vision, mission, and goals for 2011.
A total of 25 participants hunkered down for 2.5 days at One Degree 15 Marina, Sentosa to deliberate and plan for a more professional and customer-centric healthcare services for Singaporeans.
Janssen-Cilag
24 Directors from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Hong Kong congregated at Traders Hotel, Singapore to re-learn what leadership means and how leadership should work for them. It was a 4-day of brutal self-awareness and emotional engagement with one another for them to unlearn their bad habits and re-learn some good ones so as to be leaders of intent and impact. They shall be supported by experienced Executive Coaches.
Rhodia
Distinction Asia and innospaces have collaborated to deliver three Leadership Development Prog for Rhodia (Asia Pacific) for about 100 leaders.
The participants are senior leaders of Rhodia ranging from plant managers to Directors. The unique prog comprises Executive Coaching (during the prog and 4 months thereafter).
KhattarWong KhattarWong, a local law firm with regional footprints, has launched its inaugural Young Leaders Prog so as to put in place its revamped Talent Mangement Plan. This is to ensure that its strategic plans for its regional expansion are well served. "Building a Leadership pipeline is a critical task for a growing organization like KhattarWong." This program prepared the high potentials for leadership roles in the company where they would be placed in positions to lead a bigger team of professionals. The crux of the program was four-fold:
This program excites and imparts participants with coaching and mentoring knowledge and skills that they could use to engage, motivate and influence behaviours, performances and outcomes in their subordinates and co-workers. It is done within the context of an experiential workshop with games and role-plays. Participants also learn to use psychometrics to supplement their coaching and mentoring as well.
The CLP is a one day workshop aimed at enhancing the collaborative competence and capacity of the participants through self-awareness, experiential activities and exercises.
Organizational Leadership & Management Program
On the 10 & 11 Jan 2009, some 40 leaders gathered at NUSS Kent Ridge Guild House to learn from their leaders and Innospaces on 'Being a Credible Leader'.
This programme encompasses the following content:
- Being a Credible Leader
- The Producer-Manager Paradigm
- Primus Inter Pares: Leading Professionals
- Leading in Difficult Times/Crisis
The programme was packed with reality-learning, case-study, and games.
All had FUN... and most important of all, they are ready to lead the pack and in difficult times.
