Talent Management System (TMS)

Organizational Competency System (OCS)
OCS is a master plan of building up the key knowledge, skill, and ability of the organization so as to serve its strategic plans.
Succession System (SS)
SS is a Leadership and Management plan in identifying, trying, evaluating, and lining up the layers of effective Leaders and efficient Managers so that the organization can sustain itself over time.
Mentoring System (MS)
MS is an effort to ensure rapid effectiveness of new employees, quick knowledge and skills transfer, and close relationships between the seniors and the juniors in the organization. In fact, MS is invaluable in building a web of inter-personal relationships and a pool of key knowledge and experience.
Leadership Development (LD)
LD is a plan comprising the education, training and development of potential leaders and managers. LD provides the system overview of achieving the Organizational Competency System. Some of the key foci are Self Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Organizational Leadership.
Management Development (MD)
MD is a plan to enable the Leaders and Managers of the organization to understand the business environment, to develop innovative strategies, and to implement plans by influencing and negotiating favourable outcomes.
Employee Engagement (EE)
EE is a plan to actively engage all the emplolyees in the organization by means of training, development, and socialising. The key here is to Align vision & mission, to build organizational Commitment, and to Embed corporate values so as to cultivate an organizational culture for sustaining its competitive advantages.
Knowledge Management (KM)
KM here refers to the 'software' or people side of KM rather than the common understanding of 'Info-Comms Technology' (ICT) type of KM. The organizational learning, ideas creation and information sharing among its people are really the sources of knowledge to be put on the ICT.
If there is anything we could learn from the Spartans, it is not the brawn.
