We believe that for coaching to be really effective, it should be an integrated approach where we not only focus on the coachee, but also the Boss, Superior, Peers, Strategic Partner\stakeholder, and subordinate. We employ a combination of psychological profiling tools to aid our coaching efforts so as to ensure robustness and reliability of the coaching methods and processes. Namely, the first tool employed is for personality profiling. The second tool used is to ascertain the interpersonal relationship orientation. The third one is for understanding the leadership profile of the coachee. Finally, the fourth tool employed is a 360⁰ Feedback tool where a coachee’s behaviours are rated by himself/herself and others. This is done pre and post coaching so that we could ascertain the gaps initially and work with the coachee towards closing the gaps and ultimately improves work performance accordingly.
