Professor (Adj) Dennis Tan

Dennis is a new breed of Business Consultant who is able to integrate business, strategies, human capital and its attendent organizational development so as to help organizations achieve its desired organizational culture and performance.

Dennis not only runs his own business as a Managing Director, he  also sits on the Boards of 4 public listed and 2 private limited companies in Singapore as a Director. He talks the walk and walks the talk . 

To ensure business relevance, organizational validity, and implementation rigour, Dennis avails himself to the academia where he serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. He teaches Organizational Behaviour  (Leadership In Organization) and Strategic Management in the Nanyang Business School and the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Dennis is also an executive coach to many public and private sector leaders from America, Australia, Brunei, China, Dubai, Egypt,  France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Omar, Philippines,Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and United Kingdom.
